Kenny has a great passion for striper fishing. Kenny caught his first striper at the age of 13. Since then he has consistently strived to improve his fishing techniques and with the asking, he will share with you these techniques to better your chances at that "Trophy Striper" you are hoping to catch.
Kenny fishes the professional Gold Cup tournament trail with the NSBA (National Striped Bass Association). Kenny and his team "Team Polar," for the past two years have stayed in the top five with this tournament trail. Team Polar won the National Striped Bass Association's Team of the Year 2006 award.
Their biggest sponsor in this tournament trail is Dynasty Boats of Alabama, who specially designed a 2310 Polar Bay boat for their tournament needs. While out with Kenny, he will assist you in fishing but you will bring the fish to the boat yourself and get the full thrill of each catch! Kenny guides on Smith Mountain Lake year round.
